Managed to snap a photograph of Lightning yesterday while in the Kruger National Park. Wasn't really sure how to do it, so since it was quite light still I put my camera onto high speed shooting and just shot 20 or so frames every time i thought the lightning was about to hit.
Unfortunately the bolt itself isn't very bright, nor are the clouds properly in focus. But I still like the shot.
I have now had my camera an entire week! Yeah!

Trial and error has been the best way for me to learn what the best setting is. Thank goodness for digital photography.
